The cuisine at Blanco y Negro invites you to discover its flavours, which are the result of a meticulous reinterpretation of the gastronomic memory of Senegal with the most outstanding aspects of Castilian cuisine, two aspects that its chef, Arona Gassama, has been able to fuse like no other.
Our menu is a good reflection of this fusion, featuring everything from the excellent Morcilla de Oña to Thiebou Djeen, Senegal's national dish, but whichever dish you choose, there are essential ingredients that you can enjoy all year round: evocations of Africa not so far away that go hand in hand with local, seasonal produce, all with a smile and warm, smiling hospitality.
